General Terms

By commissioning me you agree to my Terms and Services down below. please respect my rules and requirements.I have the right to deny service for any reason.All art made by me belongs to myself and/or the person who owns the character or piece.Customs and adoptsYou may resell purchased characters and adopts but not higher for what you originally purchased for unless commissioned art was paid for or extra artwork that comes with adopt/custom.Payments and refundsFor customs and regular art I do refunds. now If the art hasn't been started within a reasonable time frame, on the sketch faze i do still offer the refund.I use only a use PayPal, Kofi, cashapp.CreditingDo not use my art without permission, contact myself & other parties who have rights to the piece to request using it.give credit when reposting art by listing my username and/or linking my profile> medias are provided at the front page.DO NOT REMOVE THE WATERMARK.
ONLY the person receiving a commission, adopt, custom may get a unwatermarked version.
doing so will result in a block.General warningsDO NOT trace or color/recolor over my art and removing the watermark. anyone who does will obviously will receive a ban/block and added to a blacklist. {repeated in crediting}_on a blacklist you are completely cut off from receiving any of my characters and art directly from me. I would prefer people to not trade any of my creations to them but I cannot control anyone who does.I will not accept any commissions if it is for a blacklisted person, client be will denied and blocked you if I find out.However i do allow referencing but nothing heavy. that's all i ask for, anything further will result in a block.any further questions feel free to contact me! im always happy to answer any questions.

Every custom comes with one full body and color palette to the side. based on complexity or additional things, like clothing, headshots, different perspectives, items and more. It will all very depending what I'm given.
